Frosty Freedom & Frosty Firearms LLC (hereinafter \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d) is a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) committed to providing professional and compliant firearm transfer services. All inbound firearm transfers must adhere to federal, state, and local laws, as well as the policies outlined below. By arranging for a firearm to be shipped to us or initiating a transfer, you agree to these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Transfer Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Long Guns<\/strong> (rifles, shotguns, etc.): $25 per firearm<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Handguns<\/strong> (pistols, revolvers, etc.): $35 per firearm<\/p>\n\n\n\n These fees cover administrative processing, background check submission (if applicable), and compliance with ATF regulations. Additional state fees, taxes, or background check costs (e.g., NICS or state-specific charges) are the responsibility of the transferee and will be collected at the time of pickup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Payment Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Transfer fees are due in full upfront<\/strong> prior to the initiation of any background check (ATF Form 4473 and NICS submission).<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 We reserve the right to refuse service<\/strong>, including declining to process the ATF Form 4473 or run the background check, if fees are not paid at the time the transferee arrives to complete paperwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Until fees are paid and all required checks are approved, we reserve the right to hold the firearm in our inventory without proceeding with the transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Notification and Unauthorized Shipments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Customers must notify us in advance<\/strong> (via phone, email, or in-person) before arranging shipment of any firearm(s) to our FFL. This allows us to confirm availability and prepare for receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 If a firearm arrives without prior notification, an additional $50 storage fee per day<\/strong> will be assessed per firearm, starting from the date of receipt, until the firearm is picked up or otherwise resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 We reserve the right to refuse or return unauthorized shipments at the sender\u2019s or transferee\u2019s expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pickup and Storage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Transferees will be notified promptly upon receipt and logging of the firearm into our Acquisition & Disposition (A&D) records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Firearms must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe after notification and approval. Extended storage may incur additional fees at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 In the event of non-payment, denial, delay, or abandonment, we reserve the right to return the firearm to the sender (at the transferee\u2019s expense) or dispose of it in accordance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n General Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 All transfers are subject to successful completion of required background checks and compliance with all laws. We are not responsible for delays, denials, or shipping issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, including non-compliance with this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 This policy is subject to change without notice.
